Term and Conditions
By booking a service with Meski Clean the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Meski Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services.
The services include general cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in or move-out cleaning. The scope of work will be agreed upon before the service begins.
2. Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
We will confirm the date and time with the customer before the service.
3. Access to Property
The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.
If we cannot enter the property, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Payment is 50% before and 50% after the job done.
We accept cash, card, or electronic payment methods.
5. Customer Responsibilities Customers should secure valuable items before cleaning.
Meski Clean is not responsible for damage caused by unstable or improperly installed items.
Meski Clean Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 48hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged 10%.
Meski Clean Satisfaction Guarantee
Meski Clean strives to provide high-quality service. If the customer is not satisfied with the cleaning, they must notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.
